Simply adding the desired item to your cart does not secure the item.
Please note that once payment has been made and your order has been completed, you have secured the stock .

Please note that depending on the timing of payment completion between customers, stock may not be reserved even if the order has been completed (the order confirmation message is displayed).

Restock notification email

If the product is out of stock, a "Restock Notification Email" will be displayed.
The " Back in Stock Notification Email " service notifies registered customers by email when an item is back in stock.
-Please note that there may be a time lag in the " restock notification email ."
・Even if a " restock notification email " is displayed, it does not necessarily mean that the item will be restocked.
・Even if you register for the " Restock Notification Email " service, there is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase the item.

About ordering pre-order items

Pre-order items cannot be purchased at the same time as other items.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times.

About gift wrapping

We do not offer gift wrapping services or the inclusion of a gift bag.
Please purchase a separate gift wrapping bag and wrap the gift yourself.
Please note that a purchase receipt will also be included and the price tag cannot be removed before shipping.

Changing your order

Please note that guests cannot "change their order details."
Members can cancel their orders themselves by logging in and going to "My Page" → "Check Order History and Shipping Status."
However, this only applies to orders that are in the "New Order" or "Confirmed" status.
Additionally, we cannot accept changes to color or size, so please cancel your order and make a purchase again.

Shipping Fee

Shipping is free for orders over 10,000 yen (tax included).
If the amount is less than this, shipping fees will be set based on your area.

Paidy is a cardless deferred payment service provided by Paidy Co., Ltd.
