Article 9 Termination of Contract <br>The Company may terminate the contract if any of the following circumstances occur:

(2) If the credit card company designated by the User notifies the User of a default on the card.

(4) The product is out of stock and cannot be delivered easily.

Article 11: Returns of Products, etc. <br>Returns of products are not permitted except in cases of damage during delivery, defects in the product, incorrect product, or other reasons approved by our company.

Article 12 Long-Term Absence <br>If the product is returned to our warehouse due to a long-term absence, we may charge the user for the round-trip shipping costs from our warehouse to the Sagawa Express office nearest to the user.

In addition, if payment is not confirmed within the period after billing, you will no longer be able to use the payment method you used.

In the event that litigation arises regarding the use of this service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
If an obligation to pay damages arises due to a user's non-payment of the purchase price or other violation of these Terms and Conditions, and the Company employs an attorney to collect the claim, the user shall also be responsible for the attorney's fees in accordance with the attorney's fee regulations.
The above regulations will come into effect on June 2, 2011.
