This skirt is inspired by a girl who works at a candy shop hidden away in a back alley of a town where the lights of palace lanterns are beautiful.
The hem of the front skirt is embroidered with lanterns, decorative windows, lotus flowers and butterflies, dragons and lanterns.
A Chinese button is sewn into the center of the inbell, and the use of color-coordinated lines in the same color as the Chinese button creates a more Chinese atmosphere.

Additionally, the included jacquard satin apron gives it a Chinese-made feel.
The ribbon brooch is made from the same material as the apron and contains 60g of domite core (cotton), making it a soft, spongy, three-dimensional ribbon.
The center of the back waist has flat elastic, shirring, and lace-up so the size can be adjusted.
It also comes with a removable waist ribbon so you can adjust the size.

The apron also has ribbons that can be tied, so when you are wearing the apron, you can remove the removable ribbons from the skirt and use the ribbons on the apron to adjust the size.
The black version, available only in Shinjuku, Umeda and online, features a cross cart, purple apron and purple color scheme.
The Bordeaux version, available at all stores, is a black combination of a Bordeaux skirt and a black apron, while the Sax version is a pink combination of a sax skirt and a white apron.

We recommend coordinating it with the color-matching Palace Lantern District Candy Seller series, but it would also look great with a chic maid style paired with a simple stand-up collar blouse, or paired with Chinese-style items from the past.
