Tulipe Festival Skirt
The fairies take them to a tulip field where cute chicks are taking a stroll happily.
The skirt has a contrasting color hemline with chicks, decorated Easter eggs, and colorful tulips embroidered all around.
The hem is decorated with floral scalloped tulle lace, giving it a glamorous look.
The front waist has a lace-up design and comes with a removable ribbon brooch.
The back waist has shirred elastic, lace-up, and a removable waist ribbon made of the same material as the skirt, so the size can be adjusted.
The shoulder straps can be adjusted in length and removed with buttons.
