[Member ranks and benefits]

We offer four membership ranks based on your annual (365 day) purchase amount.
Membership rank is updated at 10:00 every day, and will fluctuate depending on the cumulative purchase amount.

*Sale items are not eligible for annual purchase amounts or points.
(There are some differences between the store and the online shop)
*Amounts purchased without registering as a member will not be counted.
We do not accept returns for such reasons.

[About birthday points]

■You will receive 500 points starting from 10:00 on the 1st of your birthday month.
■Points are valid for 30 days. *For customers who join in the middle of their birthday month, points will be awarded at 11:00 the day after they join, and will be valid for 30 days from the date of award.


[Points Awarding]

■The point redemption rate varies from 1% to 5% of the purchase amount (excluding tax) depending on your membership rank.
■Sale items are excluded. (Some differences exist between the Online Shop and stores.)
■Points awarded can be used for one year from the date of award.
■Points will expire one year after the date of award.


[Using points]

■Points can be used in stores and online shops.
■Points can be used as 1 yen per point.
■Points cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits (coupons, etc.).


[Free shipping notice]

If the default customer information does not match the shipping address information at the time of ordering, free shipping may not be applied.
Unless you change the default information yourself, the most recent shipping information will be applied, so be sure to check it when placing your order.
