We will start accepting reservations for "2024 Lucky Bag" from Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

■How to make a reservation■

For reservations made through the Online Shop

Pre-orders will be held at the Online Shop from 12:00 on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.
For reservations made at the Online Shop, you will receive [6 products] + [¥3,000 worth of coupon code].

The coupon code will be given at 11:00 on Monday, January 1, 2024, and can be used for ¥3,000 on purchases of ¥15,000 (tax included) or more.
Coupon codes can only be used in the Online Shop.

*Coupon codes will be given to members who reserve the 2024 Lucky Bag.
If you are not registered as a member, you will not be able to receive a coupon code.
Please be sure to complete your membership registration before making your lucky bag reservation. Also, if you are a member, please be sure to log in before making a reservation.

As this is a pre-order item, we are unable to accept delivery requests from customers.
We will ship with a specified arrival date of January 1, 2024 (Monday). Please enter the delivery address that can be received on January 1, 2024 (Monday).
If you are unable to pick up your package on the same day, please be sure to contact Sagawa Express for redelivery, as there is a possibility that your package will be returned to you.

■Notes on making reservations at the Online Shop■
・Lucky bags are reserved items and cannot be ordered together with regular sales items.
・Reservations at the Online Shop are limited to 3 items per person.
・Shopping tickets reserved for stores cannot be used at the Online Shop.
- Coupon codes cannot be added later.

Reservations made at the store will include [product] + [shopping ticket ¥3,000].
You can use one shopping ticket for every ¥5,000 (tax included) purchase.

Reservations can be made in-store and by phone.

Shipping charges for lucky bags are paid in advance in cash.

- If the predetermined number of reservations is reached, reservations may be closed even within the period.
・At stores other than the Shibuya store, reservations are only available, and there will be no over-the-counter sales at the beginning of the year.
・At the Shibuya store, only a very small amount will be sold at the store, so if you wish to purchase, please make a reservation.
