Regarding delivery

Q1) If you are absent when the product is delivered

A1) If you are not at home when the product is delivered, the product will be temporarily kept at the nearest Yamato Transport office.
Please contact Yamato Transport directly via the notification of absence and then collect your package.
However, if you do not contact us, the package will be treated as a refusal to accept delivery or as a prolonged absence, and will be returned to us and automatically canceled.
Please be sure to collect your package on the specified date and time.
Please note that even if your order is automatically canceled, you will be charged the round-trip shipping fee as a shipping fee.

Q2) I received a product that I did not order or a different product.

A2) I'm sorry. We will check your order information, so please contact the secretariat. We will respond after confirming your order information.

Q3) Can you gift wrap it?

A3) We are sorry, but we do not accept gift wrapping. Also, please note that the purchase statement is included in the package and the price tag cannot be removed.

Q4) Can I send to multiple addresses?
